Supply Lists

Parents,
Below are the suggested classroom supply lists for each grade level.  According to Utah Administrative Code R277-407, “Schools shall provide school supplies for K-6 students.”  However donations and contributions may be solicited and accepted.  These lists are a solicitation of donations for classrooms supplies that will be used by your students.  Any supplies provided will be considered donations and are solely voluntary on the part of the parent.  Student placement or assessment will not be affected if a parent/student is unable to provide the requested materials and the materials will be provided by the school.
Notice: The items on this list will be used during the regular school day.  They may be brought from home on a voluntary basis; otherwise, they will be furnished by the school.
Please bring supplies to your student’s classroom when they meet their teacher on August 14th, 15th, or 16th. Bringing items on these days will ensure they are available to use the first day of school.  You will receive an email with instructions on how to sign up for an assessment and “meet your teacher” time the first part of August.

Listed below are the grade level supply lists for the 2024-2025 school year.

1 box facial tissues

1 large bottle of hand sanitizer (last names A-M)

1 roll of paper towels (last names N-Z)

1 big cylinder Clorox wipes

1 package white card stock (non-glossy)

4- 24 count Crayola brand crayons

1- 10 count Crayola brand broad line classic color markers

1 package of #2 pencils (Ticonderoga pencils are best if possible)

2 large pink erasers

4 purple glue sticks (non-scented)

1 bottle of Elmer’s glue

1- 5 pack black SKINNY Expo markers

1 pair high quality child scissors

1 package (25-50 sheets) sheet protectors

1 sandwich size box of Ziploc bags (last names A-M)

1 gallon size box of Ziploc bags (last names N-Z)

Please label with your child’s name:

inexpensive headphones with microphone (comfortable fit for your child’s head and ears)

1 plastic YELLOW folder with prongs and pockets inside front and back (not cardboard/paper)

1 plastic BLUE folder with prongs and pockets inside front and back (not cardboard/paper)

1- 3 ring pencil pouch with see through window (no pencil boxes please)

1- 1 “binder to collect art for your child

You will drop off supplies in your student’s classroom during assessments August 14th, 15th, or 16th.

  • 1 pencil case (fabric with zipper and name printed on; approximately 5” x 8” size)
  • 2 packages of #2 Ticonderoga pencils
  • 2 pink Pearl erasers
  • 2 boxes Crayola crayons (24 color count)
  • 4 Elmer’s glue sticks – not scented
  • 1 pair scissors (right or left handed according to need)
  • 1 box of Crayola washable markers (8 color count)
  • 1 set of Crayola watercolor paints (8 color count)

1 pair of inexpensive headphones with a microphone in a baggie labeled with the student’s name.

*Please be aware the requested colors for the folders and notebooks are to help your student stay organized.  Each fourth grade subject has a specific color.
